This includes, but is not limited to, the creation, possession, distribution, solicitation, or promotion of any content that depicts, encourages, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
Prohibited Conduct:
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following actions:
• Uploading, sharing, soliciting, or accessing any material involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM);
• Engaging in or promoting grooming behaviors aimed at manipulating or coercing minors;
• Interacting with minors in any sexualized, suggestive, or predatory manner;
• Using the platform to facilitate, plan, or attempt contact with minors for sexual or exploitative purposes;
• Circumventing platform safeguards designed to protect children or misrepresenting age or identity for exploitative purposes.
Enforcement and Reporting:
Any violation of this policy will result in:
• Immediate removal of offending content;
• Permanent suspension or termination of the user’s account;
• Reporting to the appropriate law enforcement and child protection agencies, as required by law.
MotiveApp is committed to proactively detecting, preventing, and responding to CSAE. We utilize both automated detection tools and human moderation, and we regularly review and update our safety protocols.

If you witness or suspect any content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it using the in-app reporting feature or contact us directly at info@themotiveapp.ca. All reports are treated with urgency and confidentiality.
All reports are reviewed promptly and confidentially by our Trust & Safety team. Confirmed violations may result in:
Immediate removal of offending content;
Permanent suspension or banning of accounts;
Referral to law enforcement and child protection authorities.
